Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 3–5 days of delivery

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products purchased on clearance or special discounts


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund or exchange

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued through the original payment method or as agreed


Important Notes

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions
